Hey, I have an ESC with 5,5V output, I’m a bit worried to power Arduino Uno with this voltage, as it may burn the Arduino. If it burns it can only burn the components connected to it(in my case HC-05) and not the ESC, right? What would be safer, power 5,5V to 5V pin or Vin pin?

You cannot power the Uno with 5.5V through Vin or the barrel jack because the voltage is too low. You should be OK to use the 5V pin as long as the voltage really is 5.5V
