Powering Arduino Nano

Hello, I am using Arduino Nano for my project. In order to power it, I am planning to use Vin. But I dont know which one would be better: using 12V or 9V Ac-DC adapter? (220AC-DC)
Or should I use mini USB instead of Vin pin?
Thanks

If you have a 5V adapter like a phone charger then USB is simplest.

If you are powering other devices which need 9V, 12V or they need more than the 500mA that a typical USB port provides, then you need to look at other options.

What else do you have connected to this Nano? What power consumption?

I connected a relay, Nrf24l01, 0.22R resistor and maybe a current sensor to Nano. I am using Nano for energy monitoring to measure outlet power consumption
