Well, some proto shields and UNO clones have extra ground and power male headers for that purpose. It's really a good idea. But don't solder to header pins, they are for connectors. If you want to make permanent solder connections to a PCB, provide through hole solder pads on the PCB for that, which the wires go into. Strange idea, though, since the modules you mention usually have connector pins for ground and power, so a connector-to-connector solution seems more reasonable.

A good thought. Thanks. The plan is to run components serially rather than in parallel as much as is possible. Where there is some parallel running, they would be low-power components. Let's see if I get away with it
Not with a voltmeter, OLED or temp sensor, you won't.
