Powering up Arduino BT

I have purchased Arduino BlueTooth Board recently. The board was not shipped with any documents/guides showing how to power up the board. Any help with info/link would be much appreciated.

You should power it up with a voltage within 1.2 and 5.5V, according to the website description of the board.
