Prefered way to exit out a for loop? Goto? Break? Jump? Other comammand

If I have a for loop running and a condition is meet what command should I use to jump/goto/break out of a loop to enter another?

What's the preferred command? GoTo? Break? Jump Other command?

For loop is lighting LEDs from 2 to 40.
If a push button is pressed when LED 22 is HIGH goto/break/jump to another for loopB.

If button press when LED NOT ! when LED 22 high goto/break/jump to another for loopC.

I read about break and goto before postiing. Not understanding how break would work in this situation.

If break, breaks out of the loop how do it know to go to loopB or loopC?
