Pressure regulation with fine control

Hey everyone, I am designing a pressure regulation system for tank and will be using a proportional valve, a MOSFET, a power supply and an air supply to the valve along with an Arduino UNO R4 to control everything. Also a diffrential pressure sensor.

My goal is to have slight overpressure in the tank, around 1000 Pa.

For this I need a pressure regulator that works in the magnitude of Pascals and not kPa or MPa.

I have gone through most of the posts here regarding this topic and have looked at valves from SMC, Clippard etc.

Do you have any suggestions for my use case? I am also currently having a look at alves from Festo

Do you mean very low pressure difference from atmospheric pressure? The units are irrelevant.

What do you mean by "pressure regulator" above? Isn't the system you are planning to build a "pressure regulator"?

Yes, I mean very low pressure difference to atmospheric pressure.

I meant a pneumatic control valve.

Sorry you need to provide more information .

How big is the vessel you want to fill ? What is it ?
What is the source of air , pressure flow ?
Do you want a pressure regulator or control of a valve ? What valve have you got ?

What is the project aiming to do ?

How accurate does this need to be?
What would the high and low settings be?
You can get a differential pressure sensor such as the NXP: MPX5500.

One other parameter is missing and that is the necessary reaction time for pressure adjustment.
