I went to a third branch today and spent a further £16.
I went today and bought 6 x 5W led bulbs and 5 X 5W bulbs of the halogen fitting type for the princely sum of £11.
Even the pound shop would have charged charge 3 X more.
I cleaned them out , i would have bought more.
Battery deals are very good also, tempting though to buy more of them than shelf life would allow.
