Probels I cant figure out

When i run a homing cycle and use the touch plate everything works fine , my wires are insulated on the motors and limits ,when I jog the machine back to 0,0 home and then try to jog a few steps I get this msg on Y axis and I dont know why . can anyone help and explain to me why this is happening .>>
