Problem Arduino Uno with Bluetooth

Hi, please help with Bluetooth.

I bought http://www.ebay.com/itm/Interface-Base-Board-Serial-Transceiver-Bluetooth-Module-HC-05-06-For-Arduino-/171402294547?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27e85f7513

I tried using the Arduino engage in this manual: http://www.instructables.com/id/how-to-Control-arduino-by-bluetooth-from-PC-pock/?ALLSTEPS

Bluetooth can not find in a smart phone with Android. Not blinking. I can not figure it out. Sorry for my English, I am Czech.

The reason why

Is that you don't have a bluetooth. You just have the JY-MCU backboard the a Bluetooth module sits on. You could pop another few dollars to get a bare module and solder it into place, but a complete package only costs a dollar more, so you might as well get that and save yourself the trouble.
