I recently got started with Arduino and I have a pretty good handle on it so far. But I'm really struggling with getting my board connected, consistently, to wifi. I have the board mentioned in the title but it's not able to connect to my Netgear Orbi router. I've had no problem getting it to connect to other hotspots so there is something about the Orbi that must be different.
Does anyone have any thoughts?

Is it this ? The ESP8266 does not support 5GHz so you have to configure a 2.4GHz channel on your router.

Are you sure the board is an Arduino board? I thought that this was a protected brand name of Adafruit? As they do their own support for their own products, I must be mistaken.
Didn't realize there was a separate forum per manufacturer. I thought this was all one community.

I thought of that too but I do have a separate 2.4 GHz channel. Strangely enough, when I left it running when I left the house, it connected while I was away (and on USB) but when I logged back in, it disconnected again. Very strange!
But it seems that this is only for Arduino brand so I'll take this question to the appropriate forum.
