Problem couldn't able burn bootloader to (old)arduino nano anymore

Recently I have bought a new Atmega328p-au chip to build my own board, but when I try to use burn bootloader, it shows up this error.

Error while burning bootloader.

At first I thought it might be my circuit problem. But when I try to burn bootloader to another arduino nano with arduino uno as a programmer, it shows the same error.

Token Steps:
Upload Arduino ISP to arduino uno.
Wiring up with this connection:

Uno>>Nano

D13 D13
D12 D12
D11 D11
D10 RST
+5V +5V
GND GND

Set Board as Arduino Nano
Set programmer as ATmega328P (Old bootloader)
Select the correct port.
Use burn bootloader.

Does anyone experienced this with the latest version of Arduino AVR board 1.6.23?

A 10uF capacitor between Reset and Gnd on the "Arduino as ISP", stripe toward Gnd will usually fix this problem of the Arduino used as Programmer getting reset.
