Problem getting started with the esp32 on arduino

Hey Guys,
I just bought an esp32 to start learning to use it. Unfortunately i am getting some problems to set it up on the arduino IDE and eben tho i have been able to download the packages, apparently their is a bunch of heathers files missing when i start compiling one of the example test programs provided.

I've tried a bunch of stuff to solve it, downloading an older version of the boards packages, reinstalling the arduino ide...

This is the message i'm getting
