problem in easydriver conection with arduino

i was trying to make a mini cnc but when i conect my easydriver to arduino arduino stop functioning
like if i dont connect step and direction pin arduino works fine but after i connect those pins i get error serial connection failed in grbl controller
am using anduino uno r3

i have attached screen shots of the error

Also post a link to the datasheet for your stepper motor.
What power supply are you using for the motors (volts and amps).
