Problem in my code

Im working on a project for obstacle detecting glasses for visually impared people. When I upload y code too my arduino Uno board, the sensor only reads up to one inch. Can someone look at my code and tell me what i did wrong or what I should change?
This is my code below

The code is correct.

Your wiring is defective. Also, change the title of your topic from "not informative" to something that describes your problem.
