Was just wondering what the connection to the Arduino Portenta is?

Is this about controlling that actual device in the picture (in which case see post #2) or about building something with Arduino that emulates the same movements? In which case explain exactly what you are trying to achieve, what steps you have already taken to design your project, what components you are planning on or are already using. Also share any code that you may have already written to test the concept and specify precisely what assistance you need with it.
