Problem in powering The components using the arduino board

Hello All,

Im using arduino due for my project and i'm powering the board with an 12v dc power adapter .In my project i use an LCD , Servo Motor and an Dc motor and getting them working together at the sametime has been a problem .I use the 5v on chip power supply pin to power up the lcd and i have made use of 4 AA batteries each of 1.5v to power up servo motor and dc motor together . When i get them working together there seem to be no problems with lcd but the working of the servo seems to be glitchy as im sharing the power supply with the dc motor .Please provide some tips to resolve the power issue .

That sounds like your problem/solution. Use another power supply. Or you may try putting lots more capacitors around. That may also solve the problem.

Sorry for the late reply Jack , that solved the problem . Thanks a lot for the quick solution .
