Problem in reading cards using MFRC522

I am using RC522 module and using library MFRC522 when I tried to read any card except the card with

the module can't detect these cards , just detecting the cards with the module so what is the problem in

this case .and how to control the card access with time limit and date .

Your problem appears to be related to the design of the other cards. Are they all designed to work at Operating frequency: 13.56MHz?
