Problem in uploading a code to the board

I tried several times to upload a simple blink code to an arduino uno…but I keep receiving the following msg:
“Problem uploading to board”
I don’t know whether it is a problem with the operating system or what…because i tried it before on a pc with windows 7 as an OS and it worked.
So is there a problem that I need to fix so as the code works on windows 10??

In future please copy the full error message instead of giving us a picture.

COM1 is usually not the Arduino. Do you have the option to select another one in the ports menu under tools in the IDE.

If so, use that.

If not, check Windows device manager. You might have a clone that needs the ch340 driver.

"The code" works on the Arduino, and the Arduino does NOT run Windows 10.

Posting pictures of text wastes everyone's time and bandwidth trying to see the text. Do NOT do that again.

Did you see the part about "See http://some long URL"? Well, what happened when you went there?

avrdude told you EXACTLY what the problem was. The URL would have provided help understanding the message if it doesn't trigger a "Well, duh" moment.
