When trying install Arduino Uno with windows XP or 7, it does not recognized under Ports, as written in the Getting Started guide, but under Other Devices. Also it recognized by its microcontroller name not by Arduino Uno. Is someone has an idea for solving the problem?

When I download the program page back to the main page and does not carry Windows.
