Problem loading program on arduino mega 2560

First of all, my arduino is Atmega2560

Today in class we were carrying out a project in which I used an external 12V power supply to power my arduino, I was grabbing one of an LCD (0x27,16,2) and an I2C module, earlier there was a program loader, but at the time To feed with 12V Vi my notebook was supported by the arduino too, I turned on my notebook and as I kept the PC power the program before saved was still working everything right, until I wanted to modify something of the program and I got this error: Image attached.
Well, among videos on YouTube I saw that maybe it was the bootloader, with an Arduino board, one r3 burns the bootloader and it didn't work out that way, the PC recognizes it and everything but the program is not uploaded
