Problem programming Mega2560 with Arduino as ISP

Hi all,

I've been successfully using an Arduino Mega 2560 as an ISP to program a Pro Mini, and have started trying to use it to program another 2560 chip on a Mega Pro 5V board from Sparkfun.

The monitoring LEDs on the Mega 2560 don't show any errors during the upload, but the sketch doesn't run on the Mega Pro when I turn it on.

I know that the programming is working because I can restore the bootloader and reprogram the Mega Pro through FTDI, but I can't upload a sketch this way.

Any ideas, please?

Fixed. This forum thread has a fix - for some reason the Mega 2560 needs a different fuse setting to allow the program to run at bootup.
