Problem resetting Arduino Uno R3 after emulating it as Keyboard

Hey all,

I found a lot of different information on how to reset the Arduino Uno R3 in order to install new firmware and nothing seems to work for me. My Arduino is now only recognised as a Keyboard by my macbook and it presses random keys which makes my macbook shutdown after seconds to few minutes after I connect it with the Arduino via USB.
This is why I want to reset it and then try again to make the Arduino emulate a Keyboard but at the same time be programmable as "normal" Arduino.

I somehow managed it the first time by accident i guess, but now I can't figure it out. I know I have to shortcut the Reset and Ground pin. Does anyone know how exactly?

Below I made red lines where I already tried connecting those two pins with a jumper wire.
Thanks for any help!

If you have another Arduino (or an ICSP device) you could load up a blank sketch etc using one as an ICSP.
There is also the "hit the reset button" during the upload phase that often works.
