Problem uploading code to uno with different firmware (Hoodloader 1.8)

Hey there!
I wanted to make a project where I use a Arduino as HID, but not wanted to buy a Micro/Zero/Leonardo. Flashing worked quite well (except some problems with Flip), but now, when I try to flash the code attached below (with Arduino Leonardo set as connected Board), I get the following output (Sorry if this is a bit too much, but I think it’s better if you can read it all):
