Hi Guys
This is the first time i am posting in arduino forum and hoping Amazing people here would help me,
I am using Arduino Clone (uno) and it was working well , after then when i use it now it says "avrdude: ser_open(): can't set com-state for "\.\COM3 " ... i am using windows 10.
Tried many things :
1- retested Arduino
2- changed micro-controller
3- uninstalled and installed IDE again (btw its 1.8.3)
and nothing happened
Please help me as soon as you can
I used old IDE version 1.6.8 , and guess what ?! it worked . but i am facing little problem . sometimes Uno is not recognized by laptop.

Avoid USB 3.0 ports where possible as there are some known issues.

I am not using USB 3.0 Ports , and i used Arduino genuine Uno it works well know but sometimes it says Device is not recognized ... Is it about windows 10 ???
Maybe a loose usb connector on the board.
Maybe a bad connection between cable and board.
