i got my latest version of arduino ide uninstalled recently. now i have installed the older version of the software. The software seems very slow. the tools menu doesn't respond quickly. even crashes sometimes. The main problem is i cant even uoload the blink code to my arduino leonardo board. it shows the following error as i upload.

i have tried disabling the bluetooth ports..
i tried uninstalling the driver software and reinstalling it and updating it and still it doesn't work
