Problem Uploading

Hello guys
I am having problems uploading to my arduino uno r3
i am getting the following error code

The serial port is connected fine and there is no problem in the usb,
The drivers are latest.
My reset buttton dosent do anything.
Please help

Thinks like that doesn't say a thing... What IS the latest? How do you know you don't got a USB problem? Did you do the loopback test? Because it just sound like you did not select the right COM / did not install the correct drivers to me.

COM port is selected alright and the drivers are also working fine and i have installed them as per one of arduino support members.

Ya i tried it and the messages i wrote were displayed back
no issues
