I have followed this tutorial

at the point where I select my setup usb2serialprogrammer in Tools menue I get this message
avrdude.exe: invalid file format '\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\my documents\atmel studio\6.1\Engblaze1\Engblaze1\Debug\Engblaze1.hex' in update specifier
avrdude.exe: error parsing update operation 'flash:w:C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\my documents\atmel studio\6.1\Engblaze1\Engblaze1\Debug\Engblaze1.hex'
what could I have missed ? I can build the project without error messages.
