Problem when uploading a sketch on MKR WIFI 1010

Hi everyone,

I've tried to conenct some things (a CO2 probe and a small LCD panel) on a MKR WIFI 1010 with an extension shield from griove (-this one : Arduino MKR Connector Carrier ASX00007 - shield Botland - Robotic Shop).
Perhaps I have tested too much things but now the upload of sketch is not working and I've tried to reboot the MKR Wifi 1010 and also to upload a skecth while rebooting (orange LED on).
But I have this error and I do not know what to do (the Arduino website does not help me much):
"avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 10 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x11"

This is strange beacuse, I did not change everything, just tried different way of cabling the LCD panel (on which I struggle a little).

Ahhhh thank you and sorry for the silly question...
But I do not know why the board suddenly changed in the Arduino IDE without me doing nothing!
Now i'm aware and won't do anymore that same error.

MKR doesn't use avrdude for upload
