I have an Arduino Uno R3.
When I am uploading a sketch, it is showing the following error
avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\.\COM14": The system cannot find the file specified.
avrdude done. Thank you.

I suggest that you :
change your serial ports in the "Tools/Serial port" menu
or
unplug wires connecting the 0 and 1 pins until you upload your sketch and then replug them
