I have a very strange problem with my RF module. I wanted to test it before using, this way
And the receiver module is constantly emitting 1, even without transmitter, so in this case the LED is always on.
What can cause this? Can it be this much noise here?

Are you sure the wiring is correct?

I didn't describe the problem properly, sorry. So I don't know if it's a constant 1 it can be a very fast change of bits, but I see only that the LED is lit when I plug in the Arduino.
The wiring is attached, I am sure it is okay, it is just powering up the receiver, and using the Data pin as my LED control.
