Problem with a bootloader installation

Hello,
I am making an ESC based on arduino platform. This is the schematic I made for the nano part of the ESC:

The LED was left out because I don't really need it on the ESC.

I tried to upload a bootloader with another nano following this tutorial:

http://www.electronoobs.com/eng_arduino_tut6.php

but I always get this error message:

Arduino: 1.8.5 (Windows 10), Board: "Arduino Nano, ATmega328P"

avrdude: Yikes! Invalid device signature.
Double check connections and try again, or use -F to override
         this check.

avrdude done. Thank you.

Error while burning bootloader.

If anyone has any idea of what could possibly be wrong that would be great.
