Problem with arduino leonardo integration (need help)

Dear All,

I have a problem with arduino leonardo integration. I create a board based on leonardo design and try to build ADC output based on it. When I connect the board using USB to PC or laptop ON LED and L LED always on. However, the PC running on win7 x86_64 and Macbook air could not detect it. I integrate the board with 16 2N222 transistors and two ADCs. Do I have to add some power supply to the board? Or there is hardware connection? Thanks.
