problem with arduino portable (.zip)

I need a version of arduino that stores all config files in c:\arduino

The versions that i have used saves part of configuration in C:\Users\temp_user\AppData\Local\Arduino15

i use windows mandatory roaming profile (the profile is deleted at user logoff) so i need to save all config of arduino in c:\arduino.

Exists this version?
