Problem with Arduino Uno Color sensor TC3200

I connected the pins like this:

S2 - pin 12
S3- pin 13
OE - pin 8

VCC- to 5V
OUT + GND - to GND

I thinks the problem is may be with S0 and S1 that I randmoly wired to pin 3 and 4

I'm sorry if it looks like i stealed your progream, I just want to understand how to work with this sensor and make my adjustments

OUT from the sensor needs to be connected to an input. Which one depends on your type of Arduino board. Read he documentation with the FreqCount library.

All the other pins doesn’t matter as long as you tell the software which ones they are.

Also worth mentioning sometimes depending on wire length its better to read freq at high not low.
