I'm a new GSM SIM900, I tried to send which;
AT+CMGF=1
AT+CMGS="phone#"

Ctrl-Z
But Ctrl-Z is nothing send, ASCII Com1 how set, anyone have know problem solved?

Thanks, yes I see Serial.write(0x1A); but when type send in Serial Monitor, type AT command for send SMS, but can't do with Ctrl+Z for ready send, mean type put 0x1A in Serial Monitor?

No, you can't send that character with the serial monitor. You might need a more feature-rich terminal program to send control codes.
