problem with parallel programmer help

hello

i have some problems with my new arduino uno. i tried burn again the bootloader from the arduino programm using the parallel programmer, which i buit acording the instructions here:

when i try to burn the bootloader i get the following massage:

i have win7 32bit, when i checked the bios setting for the LPT port i see there is 3 options to mannage the connetion (some adress methodes), tried them all but still getting the massages.

is it possible to solve this problem?

You need to install 'giveio.sys' - but I don't know if that still works on anything later than XP.
