Problem with reinstalling Arduino IDE

Hi I previously posted multiply times. I am new to this forum and programming with Arduino so I apologise if I offended anyone.

I am trying to get my md25 to connect with Arduino Uno. I was using the IC2 demo sketch provided by Robot Electronics I downloaded another library for a lcd screen and as a result the sketch would not upload.

Following the advice given on this forum i deleted the library folder, the appdata Arduino 15 and in fact the whole Arduino folder. Then I uninstalled and tried to reinstall the Arduino IDE it keeps saying Arduino quit unexpectedly. I tried even downloading the hourly builds but does not work.

Can someone please help me im using Mac Os Seirra version 10.12.6
