Problem with running portable arduino on Window 10

U jave only installed java jre 1.8.0_171 (I uninstall any other java). This is x86 java version. Windows are 64 bits.

Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong?

I do na have any old directory arduino15 in %AppData%.
