Have you set the timezone in your profile?
The date that you see in the forum software is the month followed by the day. It looks OK to me.
This is what I see for this topic. Not sure why the one is 22 Jan (my screenshot) and the other one is Jan 22 (your screenshot).

The problem is not with time but with the date.
I don't see a problem. The first date you circled is the date of the first post in the thread. The second date is the date of the "current" post you are looking at (#4 of 10). The third is the relative time of the last post in the thread.

Jan month and 22 year.
