Problem with the talking to the cloud exercise

As the title sugest, i'm doing this exercise and it compile and all but...my LEDs won't light up. To be more precise, the first one is up...barely and the 2 others are down.

I've tried to play with the code and boos the rgb value but even maxed out, the effects is the same, like it need more power.
