Problem with Touch Screen

Hello.

I have purchased touch screen (Waveshare 2.8 inch with LCD display) from this link:

the screen is connected with the (Banana Pi M4 Zero) microcontroller throughout an HDMI cable. For the first time, it worked with us
but then when we used it at another day, it didn't work and we are struggling to figure out what is the reason? just for your note:

  1. We connected the screen to the computer & TV HDMI port (it worked) but it didn't work when we connected it to the HDMI port of the microcontroller.
  2. sometimes, when connection exists between microcontroller and screen, the screen give light black color for certain time then it becomes turned off completely.
  3. The HDMI port of the microcontroller doesn't suffer from any problem since we connected it to the TV and it showed us the interfance of the operating system
  4. The microcontroller identified that there's connection coming from the screen, but the screen is not working.

It seems like the issue could be with resolution settings, power supply, or HDMI cable. Here’s what you can try:

Check resolution compatibility between the Banana Pi and the screen.

Reboot the microcontroller to refresh connections.

Test with a different HDMI cable.

Ensure the screen is getting enough power.

Check if the right driver for the Waveshare screen is installed.

Try another HDMI port on the microcontroller.
