Problem with TX LED

Hi

I was happy because I can manage make a ATmega works alone. From the advices of forum . After i made that I put the original ATmega microcontroler
back to his place (on my Arduino UNO socket).

Then I tried to upload other sketch and I get the message:
_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00
when i upload like programmer it told me:
avrdude: usbdev_open(): did not find any USB device "usb"

But I notice that RX led blink 3 times (somewhere read that means USB drives are OK) and TX DONT WORK AT ALL (? guess for some reason dont transmit)

I replace the originall ATmega (the one which my Arduino came ) with the one that it works alone , but the same problem appear again

PLEASE - ANY IDEA WHAT HAPPEND?

ps : Sorry about my English :grin:

Ok I am a stupid, sorry

I put ATmega with wrong orientation I saw the letters and not the mark

sorry

I would bet that most of us have done that at one time or another. Good job figuring that out.

I was sure that something get wrong and my Arduino board was damage, a facebook friend told me "look the orientation of the ATmega", and when i saw a Arduino photo in web i figure out that i put it wrong.
