Problem with upload, ports, drivers

My board was working previusly, but on my current laptop it has many different problems.
First of all in the device manager there is an unupdatable device called 'USB2.0-Serial'. If I try to update it from the arduino driver directory it does nothing.
In the editor software I can see the COM3 port.
When I try to upload ANY code, the uploading gets stuck and nothing happens. I tried to reset the board.
In the device manager, at ports Intel(R) Active Management Technology - SOL is already using COM3.
If I plug the board into another usb port, the editor still tries to use COM3.

Hey!
I just wrote this:

You may have to do all the process, but its worth checking Nick Gammon's tutorial on how to check if the board is fine first!
If your board is fine, you should do what I wrote!
Nick Gammon's tutorial has everything you need, from checking the bootloader, to recovering it!
Check it out!

Port not showing up indicates missing drivers, a bad USB cable, or damaged hardware.

Is the board an official one, or does it use a different USB-serial chip? Only drivers for the FT232RL (used in official nano) and Atmega 16u2/8u2 w/arduino usb serial f/w are included.

If you're using one of the clones with CH340G or CP2102, you must download and install the drivers separately - find the name of the serial adapter (look at part number on the black IC near the USB port) and google the part number, your operating system, and the word "drivers"

It just solved itself somehow!

I plugged it into an other computer, that one recognised it.
Then I connedted it to the previous one and windows installed the driver by itself and everything worked.
I was trying out different methods for days, and windows messed everything up again.

Thanks for the help tho!
