Problem with uploading firmware onto Arduino Mega 2560

Hi guys,
I have a strange problem with Arduino Mega 2560 + ITDB32S (38,39,40,41) TFT LCD on Windows 7/32.
I have installed Arduino IDE 1.0.5 on laptop and on a desktop pc.
Both are using Arduino Mega 2560 driver 5.1.2600.0 on COM4.
I can upload my software from the laptop, but I can't to upload the same program from my desktop PC....white screen. One more interesting thing - both computers are in a home network, and if I start the Arduino IDE on the laptop from desktop PC, it flashes just fine??????( Arduino connected to the desktop ).
....maybe I have a ghost inside ?
I did erased all unused drivers ( checked all hidden drivers in the Device manager ), uninstalled Arduino IDE, deleted all remaining files, installed a fresh one again....the same result.
Please advice what to check and how to proceed?
Best regards
Nick

  • some more info which may be of help.
I noticed that after unsuccessful upload, the Tx yellow LED blinks fo a few seconds and after that remains on. It is a bit strange Tx line status.

Come on guys....any ideas? Wake up Auduino gurus.....
Could it be somehow related to the bootloader?...or to the Windows 7/32 HAL ?
Just suppose where to dig for....

Best regards
Nick
