Problem with uploading to arduino mini

I am having problem in uploading code to my arduni mini, please help.

That's not a lot of info you give us...

What do you use to upload? Has it a DTR line? Does that device show correct (without ! ) in device manager (assuming Windows because you didn't tell us)? How did you connect it? What did you select in Arduino IDE?

Etc, all some basics...
