Los errores se posteas usando etiqueta de códigos que debes leer en las normas del foro.
Además explica un poco lo que te pasa o debes adivinar que no te carga el programa y ya?

Tienes seleccionada la placa correspondiente?
Tienes seleccionado el COM correspondiente?
Verificaste con otro cable USB?

Lee las Normas del foro.
Luego ve a More (abajo a la derecha), click, luego Modify y estas en modo EDICION.
Tmb te comento para que tengas en cuenta como se usan los otros tags.

Algo me dice que tu placa habla chino mandarino y no tienes instalado los drivers correspondientes.

Pasales un vistazo a esto.
