Te aconsejo que uses el foro en español, de seguro tendras mas respuestas en este idioma.

Y debemos adivinar todo lo que te pasa?
O sea.. no te carga el sketch... no sabemos que IDE usas, que arduino usas, si has puesto o no el com correspondiente, si has puesto o no la placa correspondiente. Prueba todo eso e intenta mejorar la presentación de tu pregunta porque si no lo haces, simplemente borro el hilo.

Lee las Normas del foro y mira como se presenta un problema.
