Problems Atmega168 3.3v 8Mhz not working/not reconise

Hello, I have 2 problems with 2 identical cards (and new) and I don't know if they are related.

I have 2 pro mini Atmega168 3.3v 8Mhz and a FT232RL converter and when I plug them into my pc (Windows 10 Pro 64bit), Windows show me "Unknow USB Device (Description Request Failed).
I tried on usb 2.0 and 3.0 and it's the same result. The cable is a data cable and has no problem on other devices. And for the drivers (supplied with IDE 1.8.13), either Windows says that the latest drivers are already installed, or that the drivers cannot be installed.

My second problem (and I don't know if it's related) is the impossibility to upload anything on the card. There is this message:
"avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0xf3"
I tried to change the COM, tried to reset my card (but nothing happens).

I don't think it's a problem with my cards or the adapter because they are new (or I'm really unlucky).

Tell me if you have a solution please, it's urgent

Thanks for your help (and sorry for my bad English )

Try an FTDI driver from the OEM:
https://ftdichip.com/drivers/vcp-drivers/
I use 2.12.28 on Win10 with no problems.

CrossRoads:
Try an FTDI driver from the OEM:
VCP Drivers - FTDI
I use 2.12.28 on Win10 with no problems.

On my first card it works perfectly now, thanks!

But on the second one, which is not always recognized by Windows (I have to unplug and replug until it works) I have the message
"avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0xd4"
while it is recognized.

Any ideas?

I found the problem, one of my card was just a bad Chinese copy and i changed it with a better card and now it's perfect!
