Problems bootloading a nano with another nano

Where is the disabled auto reset on that circuit? It might not be the only thing that is wrong but it is one of them and it will stop it from working.
You did not say how you disabled it.

You seem obsessed with the reset line on the recipient processor, this simply connects to a pin on the programming micro. There is no need to connect resistors to this line.

Quite frankly your lack of cooperation is very frustrating, so I will not be reading this thread any more. Maybe one day you will learn how ask questions and participate in a discussion, but you are not there yet.
