problems contacting UK online supplier Robotiq

Hi there,
Not sure this is the tight place to post something but I wondered if anyone had transacted with the UK supplier Robotiq (they're listed as a supplier on the arduino website)

I placed an order with them on Feb 20, my payment has gone through, but I've had no word from them to either confirm receipt of the order, or let me know whether it's shipped. I've emailed them without reply, and telephoned but my call went through to a generic voicemail (not a company one).

Has anyone else here used this company?

Thanks groove - stupid of me not to. Have done so now and looks like others have had similar problems. Given this, i wonder why the website is listed as a supplier on the Arduino website. I assumed (obviously incorrectly) that dealers listed there were reputable...

Hmm, supplier does not mean reputable.

I just use sparkfun and even with a customs inport charge it is often still cheaper than other UK suppliers.
